At the age of 83, Marshall was a former Steel Fabricator for both Buffalo Tungsten, Inc. in Depew, New York and Harper Electric, now known as Harper International, of Cheektowaga, New York, where he worked on the Black Tile project that was instrumental in the Safety of the Space Shuttle's Re-Entry into the Earth's Atmosphere.
Marshall was the beloved husband of Linda (nee Sweeney) Martell.
A devoted father of Dennis Martell, Daniel (Nancy) Martell and James (Deborah) Jax.
Loving grandfather of Devin, Jake and Jason.
Dear brother of Leonard (late Olive) Martell, Marilyn (late William) Schugerts, Stanley (Joyce) Martell and the late Marvin (Jo) Martell, late Vernon (Betty) Martell and late Lawrence (Carole) Martell. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The Family will be present to receive friends on Thursday, from 4-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street (near Harlem) where a funeral service will be held at 7:30 PM. Hospice Minister, Donald Blesnuk, will officiate.
A private interment in St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York, will be held at a later date.
