Born on December 22, 1954, in Montana, Mary Ann journeyed home on July 28, 2026, on the eve of the Buck Moon. A proud Montana native, she was raised with a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature and carried throughout her life a wonderful sense of humor, always enjoying a good practical joke.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Robert Dardis and Ione Raun Dardis Mans, and the cherished stepdaughter of the late Aaron Mans.

Mary Ann was the devoted companion of Michael Ozogar; loving mother of Jason Nedescu and Barry Nedescu; and proud grandmother of three. She was the dear sister of Barry (Marcie) Dardis, the late Barb (Tony) Rio, and the late Kathy "Suz" (Matt) Tigart. She was also a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews, as well as a treasured sister-in-law, stepsister, cousin, and friend to countless family members in both Montana and Buffalo.

She dedicated 25 years of service to Children's Hospital of Buffalo/Kaleida Health, where her compassion and caring nature left a lasting impression on both her colleagues and those she served.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Mary Ann's life at a Memorial Service on Wednesday, August 19, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Mother of Divine Grace Chapel at Infant of Prague Church, 921 Cleveland Drive, Cheektowaga, NY 14225.
