A retired Rebate Coordinator at Gaymar Industries, in Orchard Park, New York, the former Mary V. Kajdas, passed away at Seneca Health Care Center, in West Seneca, New York, at the age of 85.

A loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend to many, Mary and her Grammar School Friend Jean Kappan are the last two of four friends that stayed in contact since Grammar School. She was known for her Buttermilk Coffeecake and Polish Cheesecake and enjoyed going to Bingo and the Casino with friends. It also was known to all the family, not to come-a-calling when it was time for her favorites, the Polka Buzz, Blue Bloods or Joe Kenda the Detective, on the Television.

Mary was predeceased by the Love of her Life, her beloved husband, the late Henry W. Talowski.

A devoted mother of Christine Talowski, Susan (Alexander) Sandor, Mary Jo (Derrick) Pula and the late Diane Talowski and loving grandmother of Rochelle (Paul) Webber, Jeremy Pula, Aaron Pula, and Alexis Sandor.

She was the loving sister of Sophie (late Richard) Vanderlip, and the late Anastasia (late Leonard) Szymanski, late Joseph (late Patricia) Kajdas and late Anna (late Stanley) Makson and was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive family and friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William St. (near Harlem.)

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernard Church, located at Clinton at S. Ogden Sts., in Buffalo, New York 14206 on Friday at 9:30 AM.

Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Cheektowaga, New York.
