Max passed away peacefully, at Absolut Care at Eden, at the Age of 92, with his family at his side. He was a former Dye Setter, for Ford Motor, Co.

Max was the beloved husband of Julia (nee Zhybaj) Petruczok. The devoted father of Anatole (Marilyn) Petruczok, Helen (late Larry) Hussey and Peter (Sonia Sterrett) Petruczok.

Loving grandfather of Bridget (Matthew Matzek) Petruczok, Christy Petruczok, Allison (Paul) Kurzel, Katherin Petruczok, Lindsey Petruczok and Julie Hussey and Great Grandfather of Avabella Petruczok and Sarafina Petruczok.

Family will be present on Friday from 4-7 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William St (near Harlem) where a Panachida Service will take place, on Friday at 5 PM.

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Funeral Liturgy at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church  located at 200 Como Park Blvd. Cheektowaga, New York 14227, on Saturday at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York.
