Michael was born on Wednesday, June 3, 1964 to Mary (nee Bodnar) and Michael Balyszak in Suffern, New York.

Dearest brother of Helen (John) Bragaw, and Christine Belzak

Uncle of Allie Bragaw, Maddie Bragaw, Jack Bragaw and Ryan Lozina.

A kind friend of Robert.

He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, corner of Oneida St. and Fillmore Ave. on Thursday, June 15th at 10 AM.

Burial will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery in West Seneca, New York.
