A retired Banquet Manager with over 30 years of service at Salvatore's Italian Garden, in Depew, New York, Michael A. Gach, passed away at Buffalo General at the age of 69.

In his many years in the Food Service Industry, Michael was always loyal to the employees under his care and trained them to be the best that they could be. He also mentored several employees that went on to manage or even start their own restaurants.

He was a proud veteran of the US Air Force, a devoted officiator of the FOX News Network, and was always proud to let you know HE VOTED! And made sure that you should also.

Michael was the precious son of the late Irene (nee Glownia) Gach and the late Jerome J. Gach and the beloved brother of the late Sharon Ann Gach.

A cherished nephew of "Ciocia" Joanne (late Leon) Gach.

He was also a devoted friend of Betty Healey, Nicole, and Austin Scaccia, and a proud adopted uncle of Austin Scaccia III.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street (near Harlem) on Tuesday afternoon, November 29, 2022, from 12-1 PM where a Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 PM.

Burial will take place at a later date.
