A retired Head Nurse, with over 20 years of service at E. J. Meyer Memorial Hospital, the former Mildred R. Smolinski, passed away at Elderwood at Lancaster, in Lancaster, New York, at the age of 95.

Millie was the beloved wife of the late Nelson Kaiser and late Clarence "Bud" Ambrose.

The devoted mother of Douglas (Patricia Ann) Kaiser, Cynthia (Jerome) Siewierski and step-mother of Jack (Mary) Ambrose and Robert (Christine) Ambrose.

The loving grandmother of Brian (Melissa) Kaiser, Scott (Kristin) Manne, Kevin (Kathleen) Manne and step-grandmother of Kellie Tadusz, Tracie Seaman, Marcie Pysher, Robert Ambrose, John Ambrose, Kairi Stockwell and fond great grandmother of Sierra, Devon, Logan and Madelyn.

As per Millie's wishes, her remains were donated to the University of Buffalo Medical School.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
