A retired inspector at General Motors of Buffalo, New York, Mychajlo Belmega, passed away peacefully at Erie County Medical Center, in Buffalo, New York, at the age of 92.

Michael was the beloved husband of late Olga (nee Matijkowicz) Belmega.

A devoted father of Akacia Belmega, Orest Belmega, Kalyna (Bruce Filipiak and late Carl) Sofia, Luba (Tim) Kubala, Andrij (Sharon) Belmega and Marko Belmega.

Loving grandfather of Daniel Belmega, Thomas Belmega, Andrea Sofia and Michael Sofia and a fond great-grandfather of Lily, Zahara, Maya and Emily.

Family will be present on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).

Panachyda Service will be held on Sunday at 3:30 PM and on Monday at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, located on Oneida Street at Fillmore Avenue at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, in West Seneca, New York.
