Patricia Marie, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025. She was the loving daughter of the late Florence (née Smith) and Eugene A. Witkowski Sr. born on Wednesday March 17, 1954 in Buffalo, New York.
Patricia was the beloved wife of Bohdan Geleckyj and the devoted mother of Christopher Geleckyj, Malana (Jason) Zielinski, and Patrick Geleckyj. Her love and guidance were her greatest legacies. She was the cherished and loving grandmother of Noah Zielinski, who brought immense joy to her life.
A devoted sister, she is survived by Victoria (the late John) Lamb, Eugene Witkowski Jr., Andrew Witkowski, Joseph (Sharon) Witkowski, Richard (Julie) Witkowski, and Theresa Witkowski. She was predeceased by her brother, Raymond Witkowski. She was also a dear sister-in-law to Basil Geleckyj and a caring aunt to John (Renee) Schevchuk, as well as many other nieces, nephews, and cousins who will hold her memory close.
Her life was a testament to faith, family, and quiet strength, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family will be present on Monday, December 29th from 4-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street, near Harlem Road where Panachyda Service will be held at 6:30 PM and on Tuesday, December 30th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 9:30 AM.
Burial will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York.
