The former Patricia Thomas, passed away peacefully, at her home, on Christmas Morning, at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of the late Felix "Phil" Juzdowski and was predeceased by her parents the late Mary Jednorelski and Patrick Thomas.

The devoted mother of Diane (Edward) Kuciel, Philip (Donna) Juzdowski, Michael (Cynthia) Juzdowski, Mary (Lawrence) Kwaizer, John, Sr. (Joanne) Juzdowski,  Sherry (James, Sr.) Hudy and the late Patrick (Bonnie) Juzdowski.

She was the dearest sister of Angeline Lehner, Joseph Thomas and the late Virginia Renaldo, late John Thomas and late Richard Thomas and sister-in-law of Cecelia Czaplicki.

Patricia was the proud Grandmother of fourteen loving grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Family will be present for Visitation on Friday 12/26/2014 from 3 to 8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).

Relatives and friends are also invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church (S-3148 Abbott Rd, near Lake Ave. in Orchard Park, NY.) on SATURDAY 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, in West Seneca, New York.
