Age 75, Daughter of the late Fred and Arviala (nee Miles) Webb. A former caterer with the Knight of Columbus in Kenmore, NY.
Beloved wife of late Chester Starr; devoted mother of Sandra (Clayton) Mabry; loving grandmother of Tricha (Mohammed) Chibani; dearest sister of Ted, Billy and late Norton Webb, and Diane Heinz; also survived nieces and nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Patricia's Life at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William (near Harlem) Sunday from 12-4 PM .
