At the age of 61, the former Patricia Jones, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015.

She was the loving companion of the late Kenny Walkowiak and devoted mother of Shawn (Lisa) Welker, Stacy (Steve) Shaver, Shane (Jenn Belz) Welker and Justin (Laura Lee) Walkowiak.

The cherished grandmother of Sabrina, Joshua and Dillon Welker and Shyann Shaver.

Patricia was the dearest daughter of the late Naomi and Kenneth Jones and beloved sister of the late Debra (Terry) Ashquabe and aunt of Melissa Ashquabe.

She was also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family will be present on Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street, in Cheektowaga, NY.

Family will also be present on Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the GIBBONS FUNERAL HOME, 1085 Main Street in Coalport, PA where a Funeral service officiated by Pastor Preston Hutchinson, will follow visitation at 7 PM.

Interment in Utahville Cemetery, at a later time.
