Patricia Ann was born on Sunday, May 9, 1943 to Loretta (nee Sopczyk) and Alfred Mikolajek in Buffalo, New York.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Ronald E. Zydowicz.

She was the devoted mother of Leah (Christopher) Dukat and Erica (Christopher) Duchon.

Loving grandma of Peyton Dukat, Brenden Dukat, Ella Duchon and Aiden Duchon.

Fond fur-grandma of Frankie.

Cherished sister of Alfred (Debbie) Mikolajek, Gregory Mikolajek and Paul (Margie) Mikolajek.

She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Annunciation, 7580 Clinton Street, Elma on Saturday, February 15th at 10 AM.

Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Cheektowaga, NY at a later date.
