Patrick graduated from Canisius High School and he furthered his education at the University at Buffalo, where he earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Statistics and Computers. Patrick applied his knowledge and skills with passion and precision, always striving for excellence in all he undertook. Patrick's professional journey took him through a long and committed career at Trans American Customhouse Brokers, Inc., where he worked diligently for over 30 years. His dedication and expertise led him to the esteemed position of Vice President, from which he retired, leaving behind a legacy of leadership and integrity.

Patrick was a cherished member of his family and community, whose presence brought warmth and kindness to all who knew him. He was the beloved son of the late Florence (nee Fick) and late Harold Milligan, and the devoted brother of Nancy (David) Domaniewski. As a loving uncle, Patrick held a special place in the heart of his niece Shannon Domaniewski.

As per Patrick's wishes, there will be no prior visitation.
