A former Chef at the Greek Isles Restaurant, in Clarence, New York, Patrick J. Weaver, passed away at Erie County Medical Center, in Buffalo, New York at the age of 52.

Patrick also was also a neighborhood Handyman and self-proclaimed Mr. Fix-It, aiding all who asked his assistance with any and all projects.

He was the devoted father of Craig Weaver and Elizabeth (Eliud Rendon-Fiancée) Weaver.

A devoted son of Mary and the late Daniel Weaver and son-in-law of Mary and the late Robert Hawkins.

The loving brother of Mary (Donald) Taylor, Michael (Maria) Weaver, Theresa Mancini, and the late Daniel Weaver, Jr. and was also survived by nieces and nephews.

Services for Patrick were held privately by the family.
