IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Philip S
Sokolik
October 19, 1962 – December 6, 2020
A former Machinist at Monosystems, Cenveo Envelope, and Old Colony Envelope, Philip S. Sokolik, passed away at the age of 58.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, Philip was truly a family man. Always finding time, especially for his granddaughters, and sons, taking them fishing, camping, and getting the best of them while playing another one of his favorite pastimes, board games.
Better known as "Phil" to his family and friends, he also excelled at playing Guitar, following his Buffalo Bills, and we all knew that he hated the Cowboys.
He was married to his best friend and Love of his Life, his beloved wife, Lynn (nee Pokornowski) Sokolik.
Phil was the devoted father of Craig (Nicole) Pokornowski, Stephan Sokolik, and Philip B. Sokolik and grandfather of Natalie and Melanie.
The cherished son of the late Ruth Virginia (nee Fisher) Sokolik and the late Stanley Sokolik and son-in-law of Frances and the late Eugene Pokornowski.
A loving brother of Claudia Meyers, Diane (Jim) Owens, and the late Neil Mortan, Jr. and brother-in-law of Allison (Mark) Winkowski, James (Lisa) Pokornowski, and Scott (Tina) Pokornowski. He was also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, his Celebration of Life services will be held privately by the family.
The family appreciates your prayers and concerns for Phil, during these trying times and would like to thank you for your support and understanding.
Please take a minute to share a picture in our online Photo Album or a favorite memory in our Guest Book here on Phil's Tribute page.
