At the age of 94, now a retired housekeeper at Sheridan Manor Nursing Home, in Tonawanda, NY.

The former Phyllis Mazierski, was the beloved wife of the late Henry Augustyniak.

She was the devoted mother of Henry (late Patricia) Augustyniak, Mary Ann (Lawrence David) Kicak, Marcia McWherter, David Augustyniak, Patricia Augustyniak and late Charlene Augustyniak.

Phyllis was  also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Services were held privately, at the convenience of the family.
