Born in Buffalo, New York, Richard passed away after complications with heart surgery, at the age of 85, in Manhattan, New York.

The Beloved son of the late Maryanna and Valentine Bialo and devoted brother of Helen (late Joseph) Parysek, of Florida and the late Arthur (late Mary) Herko and late Irene (late Chester "Folly") Liszkiewisz.

He was the dearest friend of Alan Appelbaum and Margaret "Mickey" Maley.

A Memorial Mass in Richard's honor and in Celebration of his wonderful Life was held at the Church of Our Savior, in New York City.

Private burial will take place at a later date.
