Obituary
At the age of 61. Richard was an employee at Sealing Devices, Inc. in Lancaster, New York.
The beloved husband of Laura (nee Clarkson) Noetzel and devoted father of Richard J. (Deena) Noetzel and Nicole (Douglas) Greene. The loving grandfather of Gianna and Owen.
Dearest brother of James (Diane) Noetzel and Susan Marble and brother-in-law of Doreen and Patrick Clarkson. He was also survived by nieces and nephews.
Family will be present on Friday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM, at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11 AM.
Richard was a member of the Marine Corps and veteran of the Vietnam War.
