Obituary
At the age of 92, a US Navy
WWII Veteran of the Pacific Theatre, a life long member of the the American Legion Adam Plewacki Post #799
and former machinist for Ford Motor Company,
Woodlawn Stamping Plant and U.A.W 897 member,
in Hamburg, New York.
Richard was a loving husband of the late Irene (nee Gawelek) Staszak.
The devoted father of James (Deborah) Staszak, Lawrence (Debra) Staszak and Rick (Lynn) Staszak.
Fond grandfather of Erica (Timothy) Bliss, Angela Staszak, Derek (Katie) Staszak, Holly (Nicholas) West, Nicholas (Natasha) Staszak, and Kristen (David) Wallace and a great-grandfather of 8.
He is also survived by his brothers, Henry Staszak and Norbert (Mary) Staszak, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The Family will be present on Sunday form 1-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).
Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Josaphat's Parish (William at Peoria Sts.) Monday at 11 AM.
Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York.
