Ronald G. Smith's Obituary
A former Buffalo Police Officer, who retired to Largo, Florida, passed away peacefully at Erie County Medical Center, here in Buffalo, New York.
He was the loving husband of 51 years to the late Barbara Ann (nee Staszczyk). Barbara Ann, predeceased him on, January 7, 2012.
The beloved father of Maureen (William) Ernest, Karen (John) Dolly, Sandra Smith and Kathleen (Scott) Patrzyk and cherished grandfather of Kristy, Amanda, Jillian, Richard, Andrew, Caitlin, Nathan and Ryan and great-grandfather of Jordan, Ariana, Skyler & Liliana.
The dearest brother of Wayne Smith and the late Beverly (late Robert) Tender and also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
Ron's family will be present to receive friends and Celebrate his Life, on Sunday, September 7th, from 12 Noon to 3 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William Street (near Harlem) where a funeral service will be held at 3 PM.
