At the age of 88, A caring Doctor of Optometry for over 50 years, and a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy.

He was a cherished son of the late Marie (nee Nowakowski) and the late Edmund Zydowicz.

Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Mikolajek) Zydowicz.

Devoted father of Leah (Christopher) Dukat and Erica (Christopher) Duchon.

Loving papa of Peyton Dukat, Brenden Dukat, Ella Duchon and Aiden Duchon.

Fond uncle of Lynn Nowak and Jill Rawson.

Dearest brother-in-law of Alfred (Debbie), Gregory, and Paul (Margie) Mikolajek.

Dr. Z is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Annunciation (7580 Clinton Street, Elma) Saturday (1/7/2023) at 10 AM.

Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Cheektowaga NY at a later date.
