At the age of 69, Rosemarie passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.  She was the former Rosemarie Peplowski and a Registered Nurse at Lakewood Nursing Facility.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas B. Byrd, Sr; devoted mother of Thomas B. Jr. (Aileen), Christopher (Sandra), Andrew, and Jason (Wendy) Byrd; loving grandmother of Amanda, Emilie Joshua and Christian Byrd, Nathaniel, Noah and Christy Grigsby and Jonah Byrd; fond great grandmother of Addison Masters and Thomas Byrd; beloved daughter of late Felix and Helen (nee Kormanski)  Peplowski Lewandowski; dearest sister of late Robert (late Constance) Peplowski, late Edward Peplowski, late Theresa (late Eugene) Mondel, Denise (Dennis) Hodur, Robert (late Lorraine) Zielinski and Diane (Larry) Wolcott, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Rosemarie's Life at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William (near Harlem) Sunday and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Relative and friends are invited to assemble at St. John Kanty Parish (Broadway and Swinburne St.) Tuesday at 9 AM.

Rosemarie's Motto was to live, to love and to laugh.
