Scott Insley was born on Friday, January 29, 1965 in Buffalo, NY to Barbara Joan (nee Lovell) and George C. Insley.

A devoted father of Megan (Steven) Shafer and proud grandfather of Emma Shafer. Dearest brother of Beverlee Mihalibabas, Walter (Vicky) Insley, Randy (Margie) Insley, and the late Gary (Jan) Insley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. 

Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Scott 's Life at Como Lake Park ~ Shelter #23, 2220 Como Park Lancaster, on Sunday, August 23rd at 1 PM.  All are welcomed to join us.  Please bring a favorite dish or beverages to share.
