Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon, who was born on Sunday, July 30, 1961, in Buffalo, New York, to her loving parents, Florence (nee Kwiatkowska) and Henry Niedzwiecki.

Sharon dedicated her professional life to caring for others as a compassionate Dental Assistant at Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital in Buffalo, New York, where her gentle demeanor and commitment were deeply valued by her colleagues and patients alike. Beyond her professional life, Sharon had a deep love for animals, finding joy and peace in feeding the animals behind her house, a true testament to her kind and nurturing spirit.  She enjoyed vacations that included the Sea, Sun and Sand! No stranger to personal illness and tragedy, Sharon lived with daily determination and resilience.  All of us that knew her were blessed. Her generosity and bold spirit guided the way for many.

She shared a profound and enduring love as the beloved lifelong companion of Michael "Charlie" Szczublewski, creating a lifetime of cherished memories together. Sharon was a devoted mother, whose heart carried the immense sorrow of being predeceased by her beloved son, Richard Niedzwiecki, who passed away on July 10, 2019.

Sharon was a cherished sister to Paul Niedzwiecki, David (Joanne) Niedzwiecki, and twin Sandra (Peter) O'Hara. She was also preceded in death by her dear brothers, Donald Niedzwiecki and Ronald Niedzwiecki.  Dear sister-in-law of Elaine (Kurt) Ellis, Irene (late Anthony) Turchiarelli, Frank Szczublewski and late Joey Szczublewski. She was a fond aunt to Patrick (Crystal), Sean, Corey, Justin, Mary, Anthony, Tonya, and late Joey, also survived by many great nieces and nephews and deeply loved family and friends.
