The former Shirley R. Dauman, a Housewife and former Clerk for the United States Postal Service, passed away peacefully, at the age of 84.

Shirley was the beloved wife of the late Robert Ring.

She was the devoted mother of Debra (Brian) Placta, Kim (James) Gawron and James (Joanne) Ring.

Loving grandmother of Amy (fiancé Brian Schneider) Placta, Justin Gawron, Shannon (Joseph) Wroblewski, Joshua (Katie) Placta, Robert Ring, Tracy Ring, Amie Gawron and fond great grandmother of Brooklynn, Ella, Elijah, Bentley and Aiden.

Family will be present on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrew's Church, located at Reiman at Crocker Street, in Sloan, New York, on Wednesday morning at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York.
