A former Sewer and Belt Preparer at Globe Albany Belt Mfg. of Buffalo, NY.

Sophia is the devoted daughter of the late Mary (nee Abramyk) and Peter Sudyn;

The dearest sister of Peter (late Marian) Sudyn, Elizabeth (late Peter) Kitt, Patricia (late John) Kreitner and the late Ann (late Joseph) Chudyk, late Leon Sudyn, late Mary (late Norman) Bork, late John, late Stephen (Bernice) Sudyn, late Dorothy (late Henry) Bogdan and the late Joseph (late Marilyn) Sudyn. She also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family will be present Wednesday 3-5 & 6-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem Road) where Panachyda Services will be held Wednesday at 5 PM and Thursday at 9;15 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church (Fillmore at Oneida St, in Buffalo, NY 14206)  at 10 AM.

Sophia was a member of the VFW Joseph Hriczko Post 6245 Ladies Auxiliary and the League of Ukrainian Catholics.

Donations are preferred to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church.
