Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 2158 Clinton St, at Willowlawn Parkway, in Cheektowaga on Saturday (3/9/2013) at 9:30 AM .

Mrs. Smith donated her body to University of Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Anatomical Gift Program, to help aid in finding a cure to Huntington's Disease. Of which she had fought herself for 12 years.
