At the age of 85. A former Laundry Worker at Erie County Medical Center / E. J. Meyer Memorial Hospital, Passed away peacefully, at Hospice Buffalo, in Cheektowaga, NY, with her family at her side, after a long illness.

The former Theresa M. Trzaska, she was the beloved wife of 26 Years to the late Harry Sliwinski, who had predeceased her in 1973.

Theresa was the cherished mother of Rita (Abram) Casey, Joan (Paul) Jarosz, Larry Sliwinski, Florence (John) Stineman, Joseph ( Ceclia ) and the late Harry, Jr. and Teddy Sliwinski.

The loving grandmother of Anthony, Alan, Kelly, Kimberly and Katie Casey, Carlie, Paul, Jr., Kristy and Nicholas Jarosz, Teddy Jr. (Amy) Sliwinski and Melissa (Jesus Arroyo) Sliwinski; and great grandmother of Anthony, Jr., Chase, Samantha, Payton, Kayla, Alissa, Tyler, Dylan, Kaitlyn, Ana, Mercedes, Cecilio, Jazmin, Haylee and Chance.

Family will be present on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM  at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will be held on Thursday at 9 AM and at St. Josaphat Parish (William at Peoria) at 9:30 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY.
