Thomas proudly served his country in the Army, an experience that shaped not only his character but also his commitment to serving others throughout his life. His unwavering dedication to protecting and serving the people of Buffalo was evident in his work as a detective and court officer, where he used his skills to make a meaningful difference in his community.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Linda (nee Pietrzak), who was his confidante and partner in life's journey. He was the fantastic father of Thomas Juszkiewicz, Gary (Gretchen) Juszkiewicz, and Jeffrey Juszkiewicz. Thomas was not only an exemplary father but also a loving grandfather to Eamon and Otto, who brought him tremendous joy and pride.

He was a fond brother-in-law to Debi Pietrzak, Dawn (Joe) Gnojek, Mark (Athena) Pietrzak, and the late Michael Pietrzak. His love extended beyond immediate family to many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, all of whom will carry the warmth of his spirit in their hearts.
