Obituary
Thomas E. Madejczyk, passed away in England (Central Bedfordshire, UK) on Friday, July 15, 2022, at the age of 56, with his family at his side.
He was the devoted husband of Daphne (nee Walkling) Madejczyk.
The beloved son of Laura F. (nee Dombrowski) and the late Edward D. Madejczyk and loving brother of Suzanne (Gary) O'Boyle and Catherine (late Paul) McGuire.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, located at 1475 Orchard Park Road, in West Seneca, NY 14224 on Sunday, September 4, 2022, at 1 PM.
