Tom is reunited with his parents May (nee O'Mara) and Wilmin Swenson, his best friend and wife Barb (nee Curtis) Swenson, and his brother James Swenson.

Retired from Chamberlin formerly Queen City Rubber in Buffalo, NY where he worked as a Purchasing Agent.

Devoted father of Lisa (Marc) Kozak.

Loving grandfather of Cody and Marshall Greene, Nicholas and Christopher Kozak.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Tom's Life at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William (near Harlem), on Tuesday, April 15th from 3-5 PM.
