A former foundry worker at Buffalo Forge, Co, in Buffalo, New York, Walter Tryniak, passed away at Buffalo Mercy Hospital, at the age of 96.

He was the beloved husband of Victoria (nee Swiatek) Tryniak and the late Eugenia (nee Sowinski) Tryniak.

The devoted father of Michael (Marcia) Tryniak, Helen (John) Grimmer, Christina Potoczna, Marian Swiatek, Mary Krzykowski, Wendy Buza and the late Adam Tryniak and also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Family will be present on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street (near Harlem) where Panachyda Services will be held on Friday at 7 PM and on Saturday at 9:15 AM.

A Funeral Liturgy will follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, located at Fillmore Avenue and Oneida Street, in Buffalo, NY at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, in West Seneca, NY.
