June 18, 1933 – December 15, 2020
A retired Electrician, with over 35 years of service to Worthington Pump, in Buffalo, New York, Wayne Keller, passed away at Mercy Hospital, in Buffalo, New York, at the age of 87.
Wayne a Veteran of the US Army, served from 1951 - 1954. In his retirement, he loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He also had his own unique way to answer his cellphone - his "I need a winner at the Casino" which always got people to laugh and let you know his enjoyment in going to the casino before you could leave him a message.
He was the beloved husband, to the love of his life, his wife, the late Patricia (nee Suhr) Keller, who predeceased him in February of 2016.
A devoted father of Colleen (Michael) Liszkiewicz, Gary Keller, and the late David W. Keller.
The loving grandfather of Jaime (Charles) O'Brian, Christopher (Amy) Liszkiewicz, Andrew Liszkiewicz and Daniel (Kimberlee) Liszkiewicz, Shannon (Philip) Korba, Kristen Keller, Veronica (Joseph) Sperry, Haleigh Keller, Jacob Keller and fond great-grandfather of Braeden, Bryson, Caelen, Colten, Izabella, Axel, Amelia, Lydia, Joseph, Michael, Bridget, Sawyer, Claire, Brynlee, Gannon and Charlotte.
Wayne was the cherished son of the late Mildred Apolonia (nee Faulkner) Keller and the late Richard Andrew Keller.
The dearest brother of Richard (late Delores) Keller, Robert (late Marsha) Keller, and Beverly (late Gary) Garrison and also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, his services will be held privately by the family.
Plans are also being made for the future burial at Western New York National Cemetery, in Pembroke, New York, with his late wife, Patricia.
