William was born on Sunday, March 28, 1943 to Helen (nee Geryak) and William Milley II in Buffalo, New York.

William passed away on February 14, 2025 in El Cajon, CA.

Beloved husband of Patricia Owens Milley.

Dearest father of William Milley IV and Michael Milley. A cherished grandfather of Jenna Rose Milley.

He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family will be present on Friday, July 18 at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St., near Harlem Rd. at 10:30 AM where a service will follow at 11 AM.

Inurnment will take place at the Ridge Lawn Cemetery, Cheektowaga, New York.

William's memory will forever be treasured by all who knew him. His enduring spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us all.
